Careful consideration will be given by our Client Service to any compliant sent to Lyxor Asset Management or Lyxor International Asset Management (hereafter collectively referred to as “Lyxor”). Lyxor is committed to acknowledge receipt of your request within ten business days and to respond within two months after the receipt of your request.

In case of disagreement with the response of Lyxor, you can submit your compliant to the Ombudsman of the Autorité des marchés financiers (hereafter the “AMF”, the french securities regulator).The Mediation Charter is available on the AMF website at: http://www.amf-france.org.
