Lyxor has developed a proprietary advanced indexing model based on risk ("equal risk contribution" or "ERC")
We now offer institutional investors innovative solutions in the area of indexing not based on market capitalization.Lyxor's methodology represents a source of diversification compared with indices weighted solely by market cap, through the development of products and indices with risk spread more effectively over their entire set of components, while the overall risk is lower than for conventional indices.
We implement these solutions with the same objectives as for traditional index management: liquidity, transparency and cost control.
